For us it was the personal … More relationship being able to chat after work and once the kids got to bed, viewing the car on Saturdays and Sundays before purchase. I wished that every car dealer are like Ben and Tim. Honest, friendly, responsive, and just amazing. Being a person that changes cars often, i have to say that Ben and Tim are the best i have come across.
